About the adventure
📅 This is an asynchronous play-by-post adventure! - therefore the listed session duration is arbitrary. 💵 Pay ONCE to play the WHOLE adventure! 📜What is this game about? It is about a group of village youths who are forced to go on a journey they know is most likely going to lead them to their deaths. Forced purely by societal expectations, they're pressured into bringing their old guardian's corpse to the titular moongrave - all in order to complete the cycle as described in the stories of old. But are they even real?! Everybody is fully aware that those stories may very well be just that - stories. It's cruel to think their likely deaths might be for naught... 🎒 The Journey [To the Moongrave] This is the "easy" part! Your slain? The lingering powers of the protector will help and even empower you! [At the Moongrave] Lay the protector to rest, let them find peace in their eternal slumber - they've earned it many times over at this point. [From the Moongrave/Homeward] This is where all the previous "chosen" have met their end. The boons gradually wane, eventually leaving you in the same state as you started - easy prey for those lurking in the shadows!
