About the adventure
Strive to greatness and join the ranks of the “Watchers”! They are an unknown, almost extra-planar organization, created at the behest of the original gods that imprisoned the Great Devourer during the Age of Creation. The organization is composed of mortals that have spent millennia watching over the metaphysical entrance to the prison realm (The Dead Vault) in which the Great Devourer Rovagug resides. After being sealed away for such a long time, the watch on the entrance has begun to wane, and so have the numbers of the Watchers. Since the beginning of the Age of Lost Omens, uncertainty has brewed amongst the gods, and the watch has lessened... A level 1-20 weekly campaign in the high fantasy environment of Pathfinder's Golarion! This adventure is a mix of homebrew content, and official content from Fall of Plaguestone, Seven Dooms of Sandpoint, Shadows at Sundown, and Night of the Gray Death, published by Paizo.

About me
Greetings Adventurers! I've been GMing and playing Pathfinder and DnD sessions for about 10 years now, 6 of which almost exclusively as a Game Master. I've been playing since Pathfinder 1e and the start of Pathfinder 2e. I have played Pathfinder 2e since beta and is my game system of choice, with complete knowledge of the system in and out. I am passionate about my role as a GM, and is why I try to provide the best experience possible! This involves a wonderful Discord community, music, a modified Foundry VTT-based experience, easy sheet keeping/character generation, along with thorough and purposeful storytelling that acts and reacts with characters and their actions. The player and group story always comes first, and I am looking forward to bringing that experience to you!

Creating your character
There are two steps to this process, one that happens during our session zero and beyond, and the player prep before session zero. Before session zero, you should read the player's guide to your relevant adventure, presented as a free download on paizo.com and also pinned in the campaign info chat in the discord server if you'd like, or correspond with me for help with character concepts and implementation. Then please build a character on pathbuilder2e.com and submit the completed character link to the me (Share Copy of Character). During the zero and onwards, I will walk everyone through on how to prepare your blank character sheet to match your completed sheet from pathbuilder2e.com via in-game tools with Foundry.
Every Monday 7pm - 10/10:30pm EST. Would love to have you join along! Party is currently level 14: - Half-Orc Fighter - Elf Witch - Dwarf Ranger - Android Inventor Variant rules utilized: - Free archetype - Relic Items
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Make sure you have a microphone (webcam is optional), and have corresponded with me before hand to get access to the discord server for voice communication. Reading the relevant player guide before hand helps for pre-session zero prep if needed.

How GM Matt Dye creates a safe table
- Session zero: Discussing campaign guidelines, my GMing style, finalizing characters and stories relative to the game world, group introduction & cohesion, along with possibly getting into the story a bit! I am very active on both Start Playing and my discord server, so feel free to ask questions, chat with me, and hang out with your fellow group members! I have a varied GM game-play approach, focusing on all pillars of TTRPG's and making sure that it feels like we are getting something done every session! :)
