About the adventure
(Happy to accept new/visiting players in any session :) ) Hark, adventurers! Dive into Avernus and pull Elturel back to shore — perhaps with the help of the legendary Karlach! This Descent into Avernus campaign is flush with BG3 characters like Dammon, Rolan, Alfira and more! Beginners are welcome, I'll coach you as necessary <3 Gain the chance to save Karlach and prevent her getting tadpoled all together! And if our lovable barbarian joins your quest, she might greatly boost your ability to find warlord allies and turn them against Zariel. And yes you can romance her — but careful, she's hot to touch! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ LGBTQ+ and poly friendly. Still, be careful — if Zariel finds out her favorite pet Karlach's been wandering off her leash, you might face the full fury of the Archduchess of Avernus herself! Also, join the campaign and I'll draw your character into the banner! All campaign art is drawn by me. This campaign intends to transform Larian Studio's original work by imagining our favourite tieflings in Avernus. This campaign will not be streamed.

Creating your character
I'll reach out to you when you join, though feel free to find me on Discord at #Airdanteine. I'll allow you to create your character in my D&D Beyond campaign account. We're starting level will be lvl 7, as we begin in Avernus itself and skip chapters 1 & 2. Let me know if you'd like to enter at a lower level, I'm open to that :). You can create characters of any race and class and I'm happy to talk about homebrewed elements you'd like to use.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Discord, Roll20 and D&D Beyond accounts. Have a working microphone, no video. Beyond20 browser extension. Would appreciate you have a Google account for Docs and Drive use. We'll talk on Discord and run maps on Roll20. And we'll make your character sheets on D&D Beyond and connect them to Roll20 using the Beyond20 extension. We'll write your backstories and player goals on Google Docs. I'll walk each and every one of you through the process and ensure you're ready before each session <3

How Airdanteine creates a safe table
X, N & O cards will be available on Roll20 for you to use whenever you need. I'll ask you to detail what you want out of each D&D session on a Google Doc. We'll go through what emotions you want to feel and experiences you want to have. You will details your squicks and soft and hard limits. This campaign will have some psychological horror and gore, as is typical of hell. If you are uncomfortable with one of these elements, I'll ask you to deafen yourself on Discord, and I'll let you know when it's safe to listen in again. I will debrief everyone after session and ensure you're okay before we end.
