About the adventure
Waterdeep--the City of Splendors. The Crown of the North. Home of the “largest mass grave in Faerun.” Here’s your chance to explore everything this legendary metropolis has to offer. Delve into the mysteries, intrigues, and weirdness of Waterdeep and Undermountain while exploring the amazing Alexandrian Remix of W:DH (blended with Nest of the Eldritch Eye, the prequel to Vecna: Eve of Ruin) before transitioning to V:EoR and (hopefully) saving the multiverse from one of D&D’s most legendary BBEGs! * Investigate suspenseful mysteries and explore thrilling locations above and below the city! * Weave relationships with powerful factions, and navigate treacherous social waters while hobnobbing with the city's most viperous elite! * Tackle or avoid the myriad responsibilities of owning a haunted business! * Visit Waterdeep's legendary taverns, gambling halls, and dens of iniquity! * Wonder why your head hurts so much the next day as you enjoy the hospitality of the 5-star Castle Waterdeep dungeons! * Battle ruthless enemies and relish the opportunity to bring out the Big Guns while growing your character from Level 1 to 20! 50% role-playing 50% exploration and puzzlery 50% ass-whoopin' 100% AWESOME!!! About Me: Started playing with the early blue basic book, got hooked, and quickly consumed the Players Handbook, Dungeon Masters Guide, and Monster Manual. I love me some Waterdeep action, and I can't wait to share it with you! I'm an old GenXer, my bent runs left of center, and I welcome diversity at my games. The Golden Rule is Priority #1, followed closely by the Rule of Cool. Apart from potions taking a bonus action to consume, I don’t plan on using any house rules—those kinds of changes will be discussed and approved by the players before being implemented. Game Environment: Rated R for gore, violence, language, substances, scary images, epic battle action, spontaneous decapitation, spiritual discombobulation, screaming meemees, IBS, and that weird fog that turns people inside out.
