About me
Hey there! I've been running DnD 5e for the past decade for my friends as the forever DM for 10-12 fellow nerds. I have run everything from gritty realism to light-hearted RP focused campaigns. I use roll 20 and have several campaign modules, and also do a fair amount of homebrew. As far as how strict I am with rules my #1 rule is the rule of cool then #2 is where is it written and finally #3 that makes no sense and in the future it will be ruled differently. I avidly devour fantasy media and like to shape the world around the group's favorite TV shows and movies. Mainey is a fantastic GM. In my case, they expertly ran a one-shot dungeon, and, aside from all the qualities of a good GM, they demonstrated excellent time management. Mainey went straight to the point while also caring for the stakes and the characters, and had a clear idea of the players' expectations for the session. They understand the types of players they have at the table and accommodates to each of their styles. I'd definitely recommend and play again.

Mainey took the time to walk new players through basic game mechanics, making much easier to learn and engage with. The pace was slow enough for someone with no D&D experience to not feel left behind, which made in more enjoyable.

LVL3 characters, roll4d6 drop the lowest, standard array or point buy for stats. No magical items, but you will unlock them as rewards for later missions!
