About the adventure
In the mystical world of Grimnir, inspired by Norse mythology and the tales of Viking seafarers, players will embark on an epic adventure filled with danger, exploration, and destiny. Set in a land shaped by primal magic and inhabited by creatures both ancient and fantastical, Grimnir is a place where raiding clans compete for glory and survival amidst perils that lurk in every corner. Players take on the roles of heroes, from settlers who have made Grimnir their home to travelers drawn from distant lands. As they journey from the storm-tossed seas to haunted forests and ancient ruins, the heroes will face challenges that test their bravery, cunning, and resolve. The fate of Grimnir hangs in the balance as our heroes must confront the looming threat of Ragnarök, the end of the world. Guided by fate runes cast by the seers, each of the hero's decisions will shape the future of the world and determine whether they can break the cycle of death and devastation that plagues Grimnir. Heyo! I'm Bear! I have been playing D&D for roughly five years, starting off my time as a DM and occasionally as a player. As a DM I enjoy crafting large worlds and forming a story both my players and myself can be proud of. I run respectful games for anyone and everyone that passes by my table. While my main focus is D&D5E, I've been looking into dming a Dragon Age: Inquisition game and possibly a Dishonored game as well.

Creating your character
Character creation is done outside of session one, you will be rolling in discord using a prepared bot. I am open to homebrew of all kinds, some notable names being Valdas Spire of Secrets, Grim Hollow, and much more!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a good mic and internet. You will need a forge account, its a third party hosting service for my foundry games. Discord is also a must for voice calls and contacting me about any issues.
What UndeadBear brings to the table
I bring unique and fun voices to my players, alongside music from monument studios! Using custom and 3rd party supplements, I bring creativity of all kinds to the worlds. I set up rules for each campaign with the players during session zero to plan out any part of the campaign. I am open to discussion of how RAW the party wants to keep things. From rule of cool to strict rule keeping, its all welcome here. I like to mix my players into the world, letting them build out their world out from step one! Every backstory will be touched on and made sure that everyone gets the spotlight! Additionally, I own many books, both on and off DND Beyond. Homebrew is allowed, though through my acceptance of it. I implore players to be creative and enjoy their builds! If I look at it and see potential, I will allow it!

How UndeadBear creates a safe table
Players can expect fun roleplay, bringing a sense of norse mythology to the table with many similar lines of play. My door stays open outside of game for any wishes, as well as a email just for anyone to email me directly about any issues they wish to stay anonymous. Over session 0, I will assure the players creativity and comfortability with my programs used. As well as make time for new players to reach out and learn more about the systems I use.
