About the adventure
Among the pantheon of demonic forces in Dungeons & Dragons, there are few more feared than the dark lord Asmodeus. And while the immortal fiend has appeared in numerous DnD supplements over the years, he’s rarely had his full share of the infernal lime light. Until now. This adventure takes place in the Forgotten Realms and (not surprisingly) the depths of the Nine Hells. It turns out that Asmodeus has been quietly targeting some of Faerûn’s most powerful figures from the ranks of nobles, wizards, clerics, heroes and adventurers. Over the years, the dreaded demon lord has made pacts with these individuals, coming to their aid in times of need in exchange for their souls. Now, he’s sent an army of elite assassins throughout the Realms to kill these individuals and send their souls into his dark embrace. Can you reshape the underworld itself? Come join a campaign with me! I am DM Bobbo, a professional DM who has been running games on Roll 20 for over 2 and a half years. I run games on my discord - "Bobbo Gaming" - where I specialize in Dungeons & Dragons campaigns. I specialize in running official Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, but also offer home brew, have run Pathfinder, Star Wars, and Marvel. I love introducing the game to new players, so if you're unsure of the rules, or new to online role playing games, give one of my games a try! I am both beginner as well as expert friendly; any level of experience is appreciated, as I tailor the groups and dynamics to the players in my games. I've run games for players from a variety of backgrounds and skill levels, including teaching the game to children as well as adults with autism. Creating your character
Session 0 will be a time for the party to chitter, chatter, and discuss how epic their adventures have been. And then why the hell you all want, or need (!), to journey *into* Hell!
Hey there - the party, known as the Holy Ds (I *think* Holy Defenders, but the party may have had fun with their own nickname...) are members of the Conclave of Halruua, a secret organization hell bent (hehe) on stealing Asmodeus most prized artifacts. Each member of the party also has an independent reason to trek into the depths of hell: Rescue a loved one's soul. The party is currently on the 6th layer of hell, known as Malbolge, formerly "owned" by the Hag Goddess Malagard.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Just bring your imagination, a good attitude, and a working mic :) I'd rather not spend too much unneeded time on technical difficulty or delays.

I will bring all the materials :) If there's something I *don't* have, I'm happy to have you buy it for me.

I have a subsection on my discord where I go over the very few modifications I have. They are: 1. Changes to Polymorph 2. Clear rule about Flanking 3. Simple encumbrance across the board That's it !
