About the adventure
š Embark on an adventure a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. š½ Over 100 different species' options to play as! š« Play from levels 1 thru 20 with one of ten Star Wars themed classes! š Travel to famous planets throughout the galaxy š¾ Encounter gangsters, battle Stormtroopers, and determine your own path in the battle of Light vs Dark. š Disable a "Top Secret" project that could keep the Empire in power forever - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Ten years after the rise of the Empire, the known galaxy is gripped by the tyranny of the Emperor Palpatine. The Jedi Knights, a once great order, have not only failed to protect the Republic, but have been decimated by the Emperorās servant Darth Vader. The Dark Lord of the Sith hunts down and kills those Jedi who managed to survive in hiding. But the oppressed have begun to organize, and with the covert support of Senators who seek a return of the Republic, the Resistance begins to take form. Creating your character
This adventure will be played via Roll20, with Discord for Voice. Players are welcome to create characters using Star Wars 5e's own engine, or within Roll20's built-in character sheets! - Dawn of Defiance has several content warnings and includes some survival elements. These will all be further discussed at Session. Due to these elements, I will be including a Safety and Consent Checklist covering things that may be included as appropriate from the module. These elements may be adapted based on safety concerns. Also note, while this is not a specifically adult themed game, players should be able to handle themes in mature ways. Additionally, I will have Safety Card Tokens available to anonymously Drop on the Map at any point. If a player is uncomfortable with the content for any reason (including phobias, PTSD, and/or many more), Drag and Drop these into the map at any time for a safety pause.
Hello everyone! We still have one seat available in game and are now at level 5! Having recently boarded and stolen a pirate dreadnaught, potential for chaos ensues as the party makes its way towards Lothal and a rendevous with the Rebel Alliance. The other five players had a Session 0, and I'm happy to help catch you up to character creation, rules, safety tools, and get you ready to play! I also have 8 Pregenerated Characters available to play if you're interested in grabbing a pregen that's already ready to go!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need an account (free or paid, but free is sufficient) on: - Roll20.net for maps. -Discord, to communicate with the other players and the GMs before and after the session; as well as a microphone for Voice (Video is optional) Basic knowledge of the core D&D 5e mechanics and your character's abilities and features is highly recommended for optimized play time.

- Battlemaps, bad puns, and an array of sound effects. - 16 years of DM'ing experience! - Everything needed to make playing the game a breeze, and make your characters awesome. - I will have all sourcebooks ready to reference; and all prepared characters will have functional sheets in roll20 (with click-macro rolls enabled on the sheet)

How Thom creates a safe table
* Starting Level: All players start at Level 1. You may create a character sheet either within Star Wars 5e's site, or within Roll20! * Ability Scores: Determine ability scores using the Standard Array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8) as specified in the Player's Handbook. * The character customization option introduced in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything to change racial ability scores are allowed. I will also have pre-generated character sheets available from a wide array of backgrounds, classes, and archetypes as well!
