About the adventure

How to prepare

🔴 You will need both a discord and D&D Beyond account. 🟠 Physical dice allowed (I start with trust!), digital dice provided if you don't own any dice. 🟡 A microphone is needed, a camera is recommended but definitely not required. 🟢 Note taking is advised; use a notebook or the channel in Discord for your group! 🔵 A pair of headphones helps! 🟣 Finally, a big smile and a willingness to roleplay! D&D is fun, and we're here to prove it!

I will bring an amazingly detailed world to play in, with maps designed by myself. If you sent me an image of your character, I will make sure it will be turned into a token before we start! No image? Give me your best description and I will do my best to make a token that suits your description, before we start!

Gameplay details

PLAYING THE GAME ------------------------------------------- I use the following applications and services for all of my games 🟣 Foundry Virtual TableTop (Foundry VTT), a no-cost service for hosting our maps, character tokens and sheets, and other assets. 🟤 Discord for voice chat (and video, should you wish!) during game time, and correspondence, scheduling, reminders, and general chatting out of game time. ⚪ D&DBeyond for guided character creation

How will character creation work

🔴 You will be given access to my discord server 🟠 In which we can personally talk about character ideas and how to implement them. 🟡 Backstory is not required for a oneshot, but is always welcome! 🟢 Your character will start at level 5 🔵 You can make a character you want to make and have fun with, I can accommodate in the oneshot! 🟣 We will be using point buy over rolling stats.
