About the adventure
🗡️ Forge your destiny throughout the Sword Coast and beyond. Battle giants, outwit princes, and recover relics and weapons of ages past. 🕷️ Darkness and chaos beset civilization from all sides, be it by the haughty predations of dragons or the dark machinations of tyrants from the stars and slavers underground. Heroes are in short supply as Faerûn heads into a new century after decades of divine turmoil. 🧭 Explore, roleplay, fight, craft, harvest and cook delicious dungeon meals as you uncover the treasures and legends of the Forgotten Realms.
Sessions are every Tuesday. Join an unlikely band of misfits, travel the land, slay monsters and save innocents. Every effort will be made to help you with onboarding, including: - Introductions with the party via a short session 0 in our first game together - Help with character creation, and connecting them to the setting - Readily answering all your questions

Vincent is a kind, thoughtful, and patient DM. Great at anything from introducing you to dnd to mastering foundry or working with you to fit your homebrew class or exotic race into the setting. Gameplay details
While this adventure is mostly light-hearted fantasy fun, conflict and combat-oriented games can always touch on sensitive subjects and it's important to make our boundaries clear, so that each of us can feel safe and relaxed. We will go over safety tools, consent, and how the party will get together in Session 0, and at the end of each session we can discuss what went well and what should be improved. I will also send out a consent form in which you can let me know what content you don't wish to see in our games. This is a newbie-friendly game, I will help with the mechanical and rulebook-sides of the game, you just need to tell me what your character would like to do. 🎲

How will character creation work
You can use any officially published book for character options, but homebrew content must be approved by me. We are using the Point Buy system for this campaign. (https://chicken-dinner.com/5e/5e-point-buy.html) This adventure starts at level 1. If you're new to DnD, I'm happy to help with all the jargon and creating your first character. 👀 You can also keep your character sheet on any platform or even on paper. Same goes for rolling, physical dice are welcome, I won't stand between you and your clickity-clacks.
