About the adventure
Step into a world where the traditions of magic fight for survival against rapidly expanding technology in this setting heavily inspired by the CRPG Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura. 🚀 Setting: In the wake of a turbulent industrial revolution, the world is delicately balanced after a fierce 10-year war between two mighty superpowers. The once-proud nation of Wulfhart now suffers under foreign occupation, where the cherished arts of magic have been outlawed in favor of rapidly advancing technology. 🛫 Plot: In the midst of this rapidly changing world, a grand conspiracy, decades in the making is coming to a head. Assassinations, sabotage, carefully orchestrated revolutions to topple the established governmental systems, all come into place. As the world burns, the people who set the match observe with glee. 🌐 World: The world is vast and multi-faceted. It features a mixture of wide-open sandbox and guided adventure. Your choices ultimately will decide the fate of Rashik and its people. ⚔️ Gameplay: Navigate the complex and perilous political landscape as you make choices that could either spark a new war or prevent catastrophe. I’m Ash Ely, Dungeon Master, Game Master, Co-Host of the RPGBOT.Podcast, and Contributing Author for RPGBOT.net. I am a professionally trained actor and I have a Masters Degree in Game Design. What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will only need a working microphone and access to discord. All of the material for character creation can be accessed for free on the Archives of Nethys. I will provide a link to a pdf version of the remastered player core if you wish to look over it, but it isn't necessary.

How Ash Ely creates a safe table

Some of the darker sides of the Victorian era such as union busting, racism, classism, corrupt politics and pseudoscientific medical practice may be examined in detail. ♦ That said, we will of course discuss lines and veils to ensure what topics are acceptable or not ♦ Documentation will be provided on rules and safety tools ♦ LGBTQIA+ Safe Space
