About the adventure
In 4698 AR, Absalom experienced a devastating earthquake, severely impacting the district now referred to as the Puddles. This area has continued to sink, with streets now submerged below high tide, resulting in plummeting property values. Consequently, the Puddles has become a haven for the city's impoverished and troublemakers, guarded only by a volunteer force. Interestingly, the Crookedtoe goblin tribe, fleeing the Whispering Tyrant's armies, has made the Puddles their home. Led by Zusgut, the self-proclaimed "Goblin-King of Absalom," they coexist surprisingly well with the city's residents. Despite the challenging conditions, Zusgut has embraced his celebrity status, establishing a "palace" in a playhouse near the Puddles' western edge. The goblins' recent exploration beneath the playhouse revealed hidden passageways and chambers, unleashing a trapped monster that even they couldn't handle. You will join a group of fledgling adventurers whose goal is to get rid of the goblin's monster problem in order to establish a connection with the Goblin-King in the name of your patron, a wealthy noble well known for adoring the thespian arts. Will you achieve your goal? Creating your character
You can either bring a lv2 PF2e character of your own, or pick a premade character once you join. Since this is just a one-shot, you can pick from common, uncommon, and rare options freely.
The game will begin on the 10th of july at 6pm Eastern (EDT). You do not need any experience with pathfinder. What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need: - An OK quality microphone (does not have to be great, as long as its not going to deafen everyone in the call :)). - A discord account, and the discord app on your pc (most of our communication will be conducted on a custom server created for the campaign). - A web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Edge (required for playing on FoundryVTT). You will NOT need: - A webcam, as we will only communicate through audio (No need to clean your room :D). - To know the rules of the game, I will explain them to you as we create your character/play the game.
What Adrian brings to the table
A modded out version of FoundryVTT will provide us with most of the basics - dice, sheets, a place for maps, tokens, and stuff like that. I will provide you with sources containing rules of the game, and all the character creation options available. Throughout the campaign I will provide the party with handouts and art related to the adventure.

How Adrian creates a safe table
The game will be played on FoundryVTT (you do not need to buy anything, nor make an account on their website), we will communicate using discord, without the use of webcams. The session will last around 3 hours and will include a short break around the middle. We will be using a map with a grid for most of the combat encounters. We'll have a quick talk about safety at the beginning of the session.
