About the adventure
The greed of mortals has awakened a powerful entity long thought destroyed. For eons, this mighty champion of the gods has been imprisoned in the darkest depths of Exandria. His name has been forgotten, as have his heroic deeds. Languishing in despair, he calls out for new heroes to save him. You and your allies start in humbler beginnings. The country of Xhorhas may not be the first place people would think heroes are forged, given its people typically lean more monstrous than humanoid. But unusual as you may be, perhaps you may rise to meet that call. This game runs through the full Call of the Netherdeep campaign, set in the Critical Role world of Wildemount.

How to prepare
You will need a mic, Roll 20 account, D&D beyond account, and Discord (downloading it isn't needed, but helps). All dice rolls will be digital; no at home rolls will be accepted.
What I provide
I'm bringing every character creation option in DnD Beyond, a campaign link you will be able to make your character with online, and all the Roll 20 virtual maps and monsters we'll be using for the games.
Gameplay details
This is a campaign for my evening Call of the Netherdeep game. Players should ideally be able to make it to each subsequent game thereafter until the campaign's completion, and I'll work with players to make a schedule work out. This is a full campaign, so players should expect a mix of combat, roleplay, and puzzle solving. I'll be using the Open Door safety tool for this game. If at any point you're uncomfortable and need a break, feel free to take one, no warning necessary. I'll also try to take a break midway through the game to ensure players don't get too worn out. I will be using Syrinscape to create ambient moods, sound effects, and music as appropriate. You may elect not to use it if you are sound sensitive.

How will character creation work
You'll be starting off with level 3 adventurers. We will have a free session zero before the date of the first game where I help you build your characters and we will discuss backgrounds. We'll be using DnD Beyond for character building.
