About the adventure
The Savedic Empire has collapsed from within, and the lands once bound together by a great empress are falling into chaos and despair. Beings whose powers were once controlled by imperial hand are now at risk of being set loose upon the world. All the while a new, more sinister regime rises, whose plans will sow untold horrors into the fabric of the lands it wishes to claim. The stories will be told across many settings and campaigns, starting with small, intimate anthologies that will be woven together into an epic story across many years in the world. Players will be a part of a community of adventurers inside and out of the world. The journeys that lie ahead are filled with untold perils and devastation. What will you do to survive, and what will you do when you decide survival isn't enough. Savedinhem is made up of seven core lands(settings), on the Savedic continent, each adding a unique flavour to the empire. Across every land in the world, there are demigods who embody what is meaningful to the people of the lands they inhabit. When the people begin to lose sight of what is meaningful, the demigods, wether they are willing or not, will start a new cycle of meaning through a ragnarok like event as new demigods take their place. Very seldom do lands see the transfer of ages in synchronicity, but as the empire has fallen, so too must the ages pass and give way to something new, it will be on the decision of the players, and the stories told by them that sway the ages between evil and good.

About me
I started playing dnd in early 2019 with a close friend of mine after getting into Critical Role a number of months prior. I quickly got the itch and began to build my own world and run games in it. When the pandemic hit, I fell head first into the hobby, and my life has not been the same since. One setting became a whole world, and I was consumed heart and soul with telling stories with my friends. I love building settings, mythologies, and cosmic creations to populate my world. It is not very often when a day has passed in which I have not added to my world in some way. I am now approaching 500 professionally run games on startplaying, and I have found the thing I want to do for the rest of my life. I hope to continue to make memorable and meaningful experiences for players in my games and in my community. It is important to me that my games remain story first, and more importantly a safe space for marginalized folks. No murderhobos, no thinly veiled fantasy racism, no edgelords.

Creating your character
Characters will be created outside of game after a session 0. Levels, restrictions, and equipment will all vary across stories and campaigns, but over time levels will get higher as the stories are woven more closely together.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Have anything you need to participate in a video call on zoom, including a microphone/laptop mic, webcam of some kind, and zoom installed before the first session begins. Also have a method of rolling dice, wether that be physical or digital.
What Jesse T. William brings to the table
I often have maps to share with the players, aside from the world map. If needed I can provide access any of the dnd source books via dnd beyond, just ask. Otherwise everything will be done through theatre of the mind.
