How to prepare

Players will need at least a mic and a Discord account to be able to play. Webcam is optional. Rules are available for reading, but I will be helping players learn how to play. No additional software is needed, and no need for physical materials.

What I provide

I'll be bringing Foundry VTT, which has digital dice, character sheets, and everything set up to jump in and play! I'll also give players illustrations of their characters.

Gameplay details

We will be using lines and veils to establish what the table is comfortable with and to what level. Much of the content can be adjusted for a better experience for our table. Session 0 will discuss these, along with using X cards, check-ins and aftercare as players need. We'll also create our characters during S0 as well as decide on some world lore. This game is dark fantasy, involving undead creatures and folk horror, and a high chance of death for the characters.

How will character creation work

Characters will be created during session 0. There is no levels, only experience to be used towards getting assets or improving ones already owned. We will be creating these characters in Foundry VTT, which will allow players to make rolls directly from the sheet.
