About the adventure

Experience the wonder of the earliest days of Dungeons and Dragons. See Acererak's Tomb, the legendary Tomb of Horrors, while Acererak still lives. Plumb the depths of the Temple of Moloch and witness the great demon statue with diamonds for eyes first hand. Are you brave enough to steal them? A fallen clock tower holds components from an ancient artifact. Upon discovery of the components, competing agents look to launch expeditions to uncover additional components scattered across distant places—and times. The now-lost Temple of Moloch and the construction site of the legendary Tomb of Horrors are two of those locations. However great the risks, finding the components demands the effort, for whoever does so can reassemble the fabled Infernal Machine of Lum the Mad! A four session adventure for 7th level characters.

About me

Character creation

Creating your character

Characters may either be one of the pre-generated or players may create their own. Characters should be standard array and 7th level. All WotC books are in play, just let me know which ones you want to use. 3rd party material is possible. Give me a heads up beforehand and we can sort out the details.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players need a copy of Fantasy Grounds Unity, and a microphone. Using D&D Beyond is perfectly fine, just remember to make your characters sheets public so I can see them.

What Jason McDonald brings to the table

Players can expect a considerable level of automation for their character sheets and I will ensure that every session will run as smoothly as possible. I have been using Fantasy Grounds for several years and have built up a fair suite of tools and add-ons to make things work as easily and simply as possible. If you are new to Fantasy Grounds, not to worry. We can get you up and running with a minimum of fuss.

Safety

How Jason McDonald creates a safe table
