About the adventure
A quick game of low-level D&D, dungeon-crawl fun. Want to play D&D? Love pyramids and pulpy homages to Ancient Egypt? This is for you! Your task is simple, rob the tomb of an ancient aaracockra magistrate and uncover the magnificent secret that lies at the heart of the tomb. About me
Greetings adventurers and fans of pseudo-medievalism, oversized reptiles, and pretending to be creatures from Germanic myth. I was born well after the decade immortalized in Stranger Things, someone who first cut their teeth on fantasy in the halcyon era of the early 2000s through video games. When I first encountered tabletop roleplaying, well before I ever opened a rulebook, I was already designing, writing, and running my half put together homebrew for my longtime friends. In those days, I found a beautiful channel for creativity, fantasy, and friendship. Years of GM'ing later, in-person, online, at local events, and in various game systems my passion for gamemastering has never ceased (p.s. I eventually did open a rulebook)

Did a one shot with him. Game moved smoothly and was effective DM with puzzles - allowing hints and encouragement when needed but still making us think creatively. Knew the rules but still allowed our group to do some fun silly stuff that just increased enjoyment.

Great to play a one shot with Dennis who really engaged with the tone theme and stories we all brought to the table. Even though it was just a one shot he was great at giving my character narrative pay off and create a very fun and inclusive enviroment for us. Would 100% recommend.

Had a blast with Dennis! There was a good blend of puzzles and combat with a lot of room for player creativity. Was able to explain any rules we were unsure of and still bent the rules a tiny bit if there was good reason for it. Rolled well with the chaos and still kept things on track for our one shot so we accomplished everything we wanted to. Would definitely join another session with him!

Creating your character
I have pregenerated characters, which I highly recommend to beginners, especially if you have never made a character before. You can also make a character in D&D Beyond or on Roll20, official material only.
A quick, fun one-shot oriented towards beginner players. Pre-gens available, characters are level 3.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Mic required, create a character if desired. You will also need a free Roll20 and free Discord account. Have dice handy in case of technical difficulties. If creating a custom character, send art or a token for reference.

When you join, I will send a link to the Roll20 game and my discord so we can jump right in at game time. If we encounter anything that causes anxiety or discomfort we can take a break and talk about it. If you can comfortably watch films such as The Mummy (1999) or Indiana Jones this game should be a fun and welcoming experience.
