About the adventure
Step into a world of classic swords and sorcery. A small town on the margins of the world has experienced a strange ailment and you've been asked to lend aid. The region is wild and untamed, full of creatures of legend and devious monsters that seek to bring great harm to any who would dare dive into their domains. While you explore this region a mystery is building in the background. Clues are always being unearthed about a new faction in this region, enigmatic and unknown by all of your allies. It will rest with you and your companions to unravel this mystery and prepare your new found friends for whatever is to come next.

My name is Frank and I'm one of the DMs at the little online community known as The Rookery. I've been DMing for the last 10 years and love weaving engaging and thematic stories that will keep you excited and reeling between weeks. Creating your character
We use a system known as rolled standard array for stat generation and build all of our PCs on dndbeyond. You will be provided with a link to join one of our campaigns and be provided with access to all of the needed dnd content to make your perfect build. All of this will be covered in session zero and we will help you as much as needed in setting up your PC.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Make sure you have a functional microphone that has been tested and is working well with Discord. Have a dndbeyond account setup and ready to go. Have a ForgeVTT account setup and ready to go. We will provide you will all the links you'll need prior to the session starting.
What GM Frank brings to the table
An amazing array of voices, artwork, music and tools to make for an amazing gaming experience. We use high resolution maps from Czepeku and other fantastic cartographers and are always building our collection of art to enhance the gaming experience. We have a curated series of mods on Foundry VTT to make combat smooth and easy to navigate to make sure we're spending less time clicking buttons and more time describing epic adventure.
