My name is Frank and I'm one of the DMs at the little online community known as The Rookery. I've been DMing for the last 10 years and love weaving engaging and thematic stories that will keep you excited and reeling between weeks. How GM Frank runs games
I have a strong affinity for story telling and diving deeply into thematic elements of play. Rich and interesting NPCs, exist in a persistent world that will grow with you as you play. Every session fleshes out the setting further as the players work alongside the GM to create a vibrant and exciting campaign. I like a balance of theater of the mind and high res and beautiful maps on the VTT. Combat for me should always be tactical and challenging. If you are guaranteed to win a fight we can sum it up quickly with more narrative than dice rolls. If initiative is being rolled be prepared to be challenged and to work hard to eek out a victory without any casualties.
