About the adventure
In the seaside town of Good Omen, invaders from the deep have taken over the local temple. They've taken hostages, made no demands, and the local guard are helpless. It's up to our intrepid heroes to...fish them out. Buckle your swash for a nautical-themed dungeon crawl that's high on tactical combat and puzzle solving. Designed for three to five level three characters.

Life is short. Let's play Dungeons & Dragons! Hail adventurers! My name is Reese Millican and I have been playing D&D for over twenty years. I love many aspects of role playing games, but my favorite by far is character development. Bring me a character with a lovingly crafted backstory, and I'll give you a world where they can overcome the odds, laugh in death's face and learn who they really are along the way. I believe that every one of us has an inner child which we suppress due to the responsibilities of adulthood. D&D and other roleplaying games allow that inner child to come out and play. Creating your character
Everyone is expected to have a pre-created character at the start of play. I have six separate pre-generated level 3 characters which are posted in my discord thread. If you wish to create your own character this is fine. Send me your character sheet via DnD Beyond link or PDF. I recommend you also save your sheet in a pdf or other format in case there are issues with DnD Beyond

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players need a discord account and a microphone. Encounters and Combat will be done in theater of the mind with the aid of a battle mat and minis posted over discord. For brand new players, I will happily run through the basic mechanics at the start of the game. What Reese Millican brings to the table
I will bring character sheets for players who do not wish to create their own character. I will bring minis for players and monsters as well as battle boards for them to fight on. I will be posting photos of tactical combat, round by round, in the discord.

How Reese Millican creates a safe table
As this is a one shot there will be no session zero. I have per-generated level three characters for anyone who wants jump right in. I will post my Lines and Veils and Expectations of Play Document to ensure minimal harm at the table. There will be a 5 minute break roughly halfway through play.
