About me
Hi, I'm Angel! I've been playing all sorts of TTRPG games since about 3rd grade, starting with Star Wars, and eventually moving on to play everything from Vampire: The Masquerade and DnD, to games found on Kickstarter late in the night and hastily backed. I have wide and varied interests in games, but have a special place in my heart for urban fantasy, games set in an alternative Victorian England, and basically any system that includes vampires, either as PCs or NPCs. I'm a big fan of the oWoD(especially Vampire and Mage 20th Anniversary Editions), but I dabble in all sorts of Indie TTRPGs and systems outside of DnD! A couple of my other favorites are the FATE Core System and Numenera, but I am slowly expanding my knowledge to include many other systems as well. I love putting together demos and short campaigns for just about anything people are interested in and I can get my hands on. I am LGBTQ+ myself, and would be more than happy to have LGBTQ+ players! Let's explore everything TTRPG has to offer!

Creating your character
Character playbooks can be selected anytime between sign up and while we are at the beginning of the session. Anyone who has not chosen and/or filled out a character playbook at that time will be guided through the process towards the beginning of the game. The playbooks make creation very simple, and I expect it to take a matter of minutes for the individual parts of character creation. There is also some shared connation and world building that will be done shortly after safety tools are explained.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should have a Discord and Roll 20 account, as well as a mic. Webcam is entire optional, although Angel will be using one. Character playbooks and dice are contained within the Roll20 Module, however if you would like to use your own physical dice, rolls are made with 2d6.

How Angel creates a safe table
There is a Discord server where Angel hosts his games which each player will be invited to. Shortly after entering the Discord, you will be assigned the relevant role for TSL. Inside will be a copy of the book as well a link to purchase your own copy should you enjoy yourself, as well as downloads for the handouts and a link to the Roll20 game. About 15-30 minutes before game time, Angel will be in the Discord call to further help anyone who needs assistance not provided previously, including addressing any points of concern or lingering questions. The first 15 or so minutes of the game we will be getting to know each other and go over our safety measures, and list our lines and veils. At any time, you may message Angel to address anything, and the virtual tabletop also uses X and O cards as part of the module. There will also be one or two breaks taken when able. This particular module is more lighthearted than the content warnings might suggest, but may touch lightly on many of the themes. Heteronormia is a parody of a Western patriarchal society, and therefore some of the content warnings are baked-in to the setting, but none should be so deeply part of the story that they are not skippable or at least be able to be glossed over.
