About the adventure
In the Biting North region of Wildemount, in the small settlement known as Palebank Village, a deadly condition has begun to spread. If you don't stop it, you might be next... Dive into the world of Exandria, created by Matthew Mercer as the setting for Critical Role, for this adventure full of mystery and danger! This modified game of Frozen Sick will guide you from third to fifth level in the bleak arctic realms of the Greying Wildlands and Eiselcross, complete with in-depth descriptions, beautiful artwork as visual aids, and most importantly, adventure. *This is a Play by Post, asynchronous game.* You can respond whenever you want (preferably at least once a day), and will only be charged once per week. I use Discord to run the game with assistance from Google Sheets for character sheets and Avrae as a dice roller. If you need assistance with either one of these tools, I am more than happy to help! This is the perfect adventure for new Play by Post players to dip their toes into this form of tabletop roleplaying.

About me
Hello! I'm Lyre, and I love roleplaying. I've been playing Dungeons and Dragons for about four years, and DMing for three. My games tend to feature heavy roleplay and allow players to drive their own stories, a strong story, and theater-of-the-mind combat where the Rule of Cool tends to outweigh a heavy focus on mechanics. To me, TTRPGs are all about creating great characters and telling awesome stories, and that's what I try to help facilitate in all of my games!

Creating your character
Character creation will be done in a one-on-one Session 0 with each player. We will go through the character sheet together, choose stats and choose starting equipment. Character Creation Rules: - Level 1 - Standard Array, Point Buy, or Manual Rolling Sourcebooks Allowed: Player's Handbook, Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, Fizban's Treasury of Dragons, Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. Any other sourcebook or homebrew may be allowed at the discretion of the DM. - Characters will also start with a Potion of Healing and one uncommon magic item (to be approved by the DM).

Players will need to have a Discord account and join a private Discord server. Character sheets will be provided by Google Sheets, and maps and other content will be available via Foundry VTT.
