About the adventure
Spring session is off to a BANG as established and visiting students alike witnessed a disconcerting act of violence on campus. Rumor has it that a grung teleported into the middle of The Bow's End Tavern and set off a FIREBALL! Fortunately, some teachers managed to counter-spell it before it actually caused anyone harm, but the teachers have been clammed up for weeks now, refusing to talk about who was responsible, and carrying on classes as if the whole thing was a prank, or some form of performance art. Murmurs around school vary from suggestions that it was a spatial or temporal anomaly, to it being a disgruntled student lashing out at the institution that spurned him, to a scholastic fraternal order trying to prove how vivid their illusory magic can be. Nobody knows for sure, but the energy around campus has some people checking over their shoulders, jumping at the slightest scare, and sneaking around the grounds for clues about who could be responsible, with some parties speculating wildly as to the culprit. Oh ... and your characters are some of those people.

How to prepare
Please have a headset (earbuds with mic or separate mic/headphones combo) ready to minimize ambient noise. Games can get boisterous (we have a good time), and we don't want to disturb the neighbors, or experience feedback. Games are run through Google Meet, so any browser should be able to run the game, and if you want to appear on screen you should have your webcam set up ahead of time.
What I provide
DnDBeyond has integrated dice rollers in case you don't have your own, but you can roll real dice if you got em. You bring the characters. I'll bring the rest of the world.
Gameplay details
You should all have access to a number of Safety Tools, and are invited to use them as you see fit. Please take some time to fill out the consent checklist, share your Lines and Veils, and introduce X, N, O cards in chat during the game when appropriate. You are welcomed to share your consent checklist with me directly and I will operate the game within those boundaries to the best of my ability. All players should be comfortable with people sharing those lists and with adhering to them as if they were their own.

How will character creation work
Create a level 1 character at - https://ddb.ac/campaigns/join/16711483805701139 - On the Character Builder "home" page please select all available source material (besides Rick & Morty ... I know ... I'm so mean) make your Hit Point Type "Manual" and confirm, then make your rolled HP the max you could have rolled. If you have questions on how to accomplish these things please reach out BEFORE game time.
