About the adventure
Well met and welcome to the Yawning Portal, adventurers! Please have a seat and order a pint. Now lean in close. No, closer. Good. Have you heard that someone's hiding a great treasure in Waterdeep? 500,000 gold dragons! Sounds like a fine score to me. Whaddya say, friend? You in? Do you wanna play an urban D&D heist adventure set in the Forgotten Realms? Would you like to have a drink or two as we share a laid-back session of D&D? Then sign up for D&D: Drunken Heist to join this fun and exciting D&D Heist adventure influenced by Dragon Heist and Keys from the Golden Vault! Note: The drink or two is (of course) optional but in-line with RJ's take on the tone of this campaign.

Meet the Game Master
About me
RJ Cresswell loves Dungeons & Dragons, and he wants to share his love of the game with you. He's played D&D for 28 years, but Fifth Edition is his favorite iteration of the rules. Since the release of D&D 5E, he's logged over 1000 hours of game-play as a dungeon master in multiple campaigns with players around his dining room table, at conventions, and on the Tainted Lands, Dead in Winter and Grimwode Saga actual play streams. In addition to serving as a DM, he also ran a D&D club for middle school students and has introduced hundreds of new players to the game. RJ believes in running games that are safe, inclusive and fun. If you're looking for an experienced DM who values those things and works to give every player a memorable experience, book a session with him now.

Creating your character
Characters start at first level and use standard array for ability scores and standard starting equipment. Create your character beforehand or let me know if you need a pregen. You may use DNDBeyond or create it with whatever tools you wish. Stick to official 5e character options though.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need to prepare by creating a character and making sure you can connect to Zoom. You will also need a device with a camera (optional) and mic, and a stable internet connection.
What RJ Cresswell brings to the table
I will provide pregenerated characters (if needed) and any additional materials I deem necessary to facilitate a great game.
