I play in a recurring Curse of Strahd game they run and I love how much attention to the narrative and setting they've put into running the game, complete with fully fleshing out the lives and backstories of some of the NPCs that are typically treated as one-offs and actively changing aspects of the story that they feel might be harmful to their players. The level of awareness it takes to think about your players comfort levels while reading through a pre-written adventure and actively make edits to make sure everyone will have a better time overall is praiseworthy.
Nikki is a wildly creative storyteller who is willing to buy into anything and encourage you in your storytelling decisions regardless of how "out there" it may seem. She also goes out of her way to make her players feel comfortable, included, and safe - It's difficult to think of a more caring GM, great for new and shy players alike.
Jack is very good at creating an immersive narrative that pulls you into the stakes and world, it's easy to find yourself swept up in the emotion of the characters even if you normally feel more disconnected from deep roleplaying scenarios. I find myself supremely invested every time I play in one of his games.
