Mister Jay was laid back and a lot of fun. He was also very patient with my friends and I, who were all new to this. We threw a lot at him, and he would take the time to read up on new things quickly, adapt as needed, and try to teach us along the way. We were all laughing and joking from the beginning, and his personality seemed to match ours as if we had known him for a while.
