I have been a long time watcher and CRPG fan for years I have tried to join a few games and honestly not of them felt right. I was nervous about joining a game with people I do not know. Not only does Kim help break the ice between players but she is in the chats with you. It makes me feel alot more confident when it feels like I know the DM and players before we have even had a session 0. I had my first game and Kim was amazing every step of the way, helping me make my character when I had questions, supporting me when I was struggling with Foundry and for certainly not going easy on me just because I am new. Nothing like being dropped 85 feet to say "Welcome to D and D good luck, I helped bring you into this world and I have no issues taking you out of it" . I understand the players also help make the games but Kim seems to bring the best out of her players 😊
