I think my favorite moments with Check so far have occurred on the fly. An off-hand comment returned as a cherished recipe in a side quest, a few recurring table-side jokes have manifested their way into being without feeling too campy. The pleasant absurdity of moments like that and how well the rules are understood (as well as the occasional use of the rule of cool) make for an incredibly fun and light campaign. I enjoy having a bit of free rein while still having a clear set of rules to follow. I was also brand new to any kind of VTT before I started, and he was a huge help in learning the ins and outs of the program we used.
