Andrei is the creative kind that has spent a lifetime building stories to the degree where he can improvise no matter what choices the players make. He knows his NPCs in and out and his campaigns feel like an Open World game where you can take many paths, and every path is an adventure on its own. Combat is kind of a second priority to his campaigns and he uses it mostly to serve the story or to allow players to be creative. Overall, Andrei's a friendly dude that makes all efforts to ensure everyone at the table has fun. Us players used to fight each other at the start and Andrei kinda knew how to push the right buttons to encourage us to get along and work together.
