Greg's a great storyteller who emphasizes cinematic roleplay heavily, and rewards players accordingly. It's not just about meeting the challenge rating, it's about doung it with STYLE, baby! He sets up the world, but wants the players and their characters to drive the boat, Chief! Also note he hits ALL the marks below, but it only let me pick 3.
