Max is hands down the best GM that I've played with! I've been at tables with him for over 6 years. Not only are his tables inclusive for players, but NPCs are also very balanced for gender and sexuality. His homebrew stories are richly developed, he's got a solid set of character voices, and can roll with whatever chaos punches the table throws at him (including once making all of Loony Tunes canon)! Max's DM style skews more roleplay heavy, but he's also great at fun and creative combat encounters. He's not afraid to play the long game in persuit of a good pun. Perhaps my favorite part of playing at Max's table is how well he folds the world around your character- not just expecting you to make a character to fit into an existing world. Whatever backstory a player has is lovingly integrated into the world, giving your pc friends, family, partners, professional contacts, etc. Max excels at finding ways for everyone at the table to shine, and gives everyone time in the spotlight.
