Proxiss is my longest running GM, I've played in his games for a bit over four years now. Odyssey of the Dragonlords was the first campaign I did with him (ran for nearly two and a half years). That campaign settled him as my ride or die DM. He went along with my questions about characters that had no lore written, writing things himself so that I could have an answer. Fleshed out missing details that the book forgot about. Went ahead and made a whole new series of mini systems for us to use when we were not super enthused with the books main mechanic. All told, even moving into new systems, he is consistent and fair with rulings. Was always accommodating to the needs of players and ensuring people were having fun. I would definitely recommend Proxiss as your GM.

So I've played with many DM's over the years, and André is one of the two DM's I have stuck with for the past 2 and some change years. He puts a ton of effort into making your backstory relevant, even in those old modules that gave little wiggle room for player stories. Anytime we would come up with dumb ideas on how to progress, he would simply just roll with the punches we sent his way. No "sorry guys, the quest is this way", instead we would have a mini adventure as the group somehow spends nearly 50 sessions completing Dragon of Icespire Peak. He is also not someone to just sit quietly if a player is making someone else uncomfortable, you can always be sure that if someone is being a problem inside or outside the game to you or another player, they are gone. Definitely recommend André if you are looking for a more casual and friendly game.
