If you're brand new and haven't even touched an RPG type game, video or tabletop, AJ is very easy to follow and makes your experience fun. His 2 hour long "one shot" lesson is informative while staying digestible for a newbie. He takes many pauses for questions and responses, not too long or uncomforable, and waits for questions before moving onto the next topic. He's funny, vibrant, not over bearing in any way, and meets different personality where they're at. His own character improve/creation can be hilarious and rich. AJ really knows how to allow for the players to build their own story within the main plot. And, he can really bring new/shy people out of their shells with gentle guidance. So glad AJ was my first DM, I'm looking forward to his upcoming Beginner's Campaign. Don't hestitate to reach out and learn from him.
