Super attentive to party balanced spotlight time, great immersive scene descriptions, and very strong understanding of the game system and ability to break down mechanics for players in a way that doesnt feel clunky! For the Stormlight RPG Tess has such a great understanding of the world that she can recall scenes from the books and character types immediately to drop you right into the world. Tess keeps combat dynamic, stakes meaningful to the story, and roleplay well fleshed out for character goals and exploration. I would certainly recommend her games for players looking for a well balanced game with well voiced NPCs and an inclusive environment for all.
