I’ve been playing with Paul for almost 6 months, and I can honestly say he’s one of the most engaging DMs at whose table I’ve had the pleasure of sitting. He’s always prepared, organized, and clearly puts a lot of time and effort into preparing between sessions. That prep really shows at the table: games run smoothly, the story stays engaging/challenging, and everyone gets plenty of opportunities to contribute. Managing player spotlight is a very big deal to me, and he makes sure everyone has their moments. In fact, I’ve enjoyed his DMing style so much that I even brought a group of friends I’ve been playing with for years to his table as well; that's about the biggest compliment I could pay anyone. If you’re looking for a DM who is dedicated, creative, well-prepared, and genuinely invested in making the game fun for everyone, I highly recommend Paul.

I had been playing with the same group for nearly 2 years when our forever DM took an unexpected sabbatical lasting half a year. We approached Cody with the unenviable task of only being available to campaign with him for about 6 months; our D&D appetite needed to be satiated and could not withstand a break for that long. Much to our delight, he accepted knowing we were all on borrowed time. One of our largest concerns as players was that our group's dynamic was so tight, it would be very difficult for anyone to build a rapport with us in such a short time, and Cody was somehow able to do just that. Sessions were equal parts storytelling and belly laughs, and we're keeping a bookmark in the campaign with the hope that we may all return one day and continue on together. Cody is kind, respectful, engaging, and genuinely a good guy with a sense of humor that matched our own.
