About me
I like a variety of RPG experiences, but they need to be good ones. I really like exploration, but I find it so rare to see it done well, it's why I GM most of the time. Good exploration means there has to be something you really actually want to find out, or understand, or wonders you really want to experience. I can actually enjoy games with a ton of combat, but the system has to be decently fast AND contain good skill expression (and 5th ed D&D is notorious for having neither). I made a dungeon crawl boardgame to do this with, as it probably works better there than an RPG (playtesting is going well, players enjoying it).

Ran an interesting session, in a little known system I had wanted to explore. He ran an interesting one shot, with a bunch of players who had never played the system (Heart: The City Beneath) before. It's fairly hard to find good exploration oriented games on the site, and even harder to find them run well, as it's a bit of a niche within a niche hobby. He managed to make the exploration feel interesting and credible, while being suitably alien.
