Previously I have only played in-person with friends or family and only D&D. Bluebird does an excellent job teaching the new mechanics and answering questions for Blade in the Dark. I appreciate the clear boundary discussions/questionnaire, session 0. I have read and heard about session zeros, but never did one. I like the excitement and creativity that she encourages for the game and the players.
