Jay is one of the best GMs I've ever had at "reading the room." He knows when to let the players goof off and develop our characters and when to nudge the narrative forward so that we don't get bogged down. He's also great at encouraging everyone to contribute, and as a fairly outgoing person, I love the way he's able to involve everyone in the narrative and help everyone craft stories both individually and collectively. He's also very communicative, happy to discuss rules or builds, and just a great guy in general. I'm looking forward to many more games with him.
