Joseph is so much fun! As a beginner player, he does a really nice job of explaining things to me while keeping the game moving for other players. Joseph puts a lot of work in, outside of sessions and has even met with me independently to help with my character sheet after leveling up. He also did a really wonderful job of adapting the story to our individual characters and players!
