Jarn is an excellent GM. He has extensive knowledge and love for the Legend of the Five Rings setting. I'm struck by his ability to set the scene in a way that I can be immersed in my character. Constantly he encourages his players to really delve into the emotions the characters are experiencing which directly increases story telling depth. Role players will find a quick home in Jarn's games.
