Nico really takes the time to be thoughtful in so many ways as a GM. I was able to experience his dming in a handful of TTRPG systems, and it's always a great experience for me. He's respectful of safety tools, whips up custom audio, and often commissions in game assets for players to enjoy, and really gets into character for all the npcs he conjures up. I love the immersive world-building with a focus on role-playing and exploration truly shining through in the games that he has run. The combat in his games is also nothing to sneeze at! He keeps combat more dynamic and purposeful rather than a sort of checkbox, and he fosters a healthy dose of challenging game play for those out there that value strategy. Most importantly, there's always a deep tone of respect for players and intentional care and love of the TTRPG experience he curates. Every game feels like a collaborative storytelling adventure with a group of like-minded creatives. His system knowledge for a variety of games is unmatched and his flexibility to jump between genres and systems is refreshing. I highly recommend anyone join one of Nico's games!
