Paul is serious about making sure his players feel comfortable. He's very inclusive, patient, and doesn't take a rough tone with anyone. We ran through the first half of one of the Dragon Delves adventures. His NPCs had personality and he took pains to make sure that everyone got to roleplay as much as they liked. He had pre-gens ready for players who did not want to build characters. The only reason I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that he did cross one of my lines that I laid out in the character building part of our session. I said that I didn't want any destruction of eyeballs in combat description, and in the only fight we got into he narrated the destruction of a zombie's eyeball. I brought it up with him after the game, we reconciled, and he apologized.
