As a first time player, Shyann was super welcoming and helpful! At times when I wasn't familiar with an aspect of the game, she explained and made sure I understood. The gameplay experience was also great with music, variety of voices, and overall just the little things that made me feel immersed in the world. She's super awesome, I 100% recommend for new or returning players!
