Fungeon Master Justin is an amazing DM and really made our party, comprised of both experienced and newcomers, feel welcome! He tailors the session exactly to what the party asks for, and in this case we spent 1.5ish hours going over the character sheet and building, and then another 2+ hours playing an entertaining one shot. Would definitely recommend his games and join another session!

Kat is an amazing DM! She keeps the pace moving, gives every player their chance to shine, and is so creative in her storytelling. Haven't had such a good laugh in a long time. I highly recommend her Brooklyn Nine-Nine-inspired one-shot or pretty much any game she runs. Will definitely join the next one. I threw a cat out of a burning building and saved a stale croissant while accidentally Nat 20'ing a fire creature to oblivion. Come on, now. DnD at its finest. Pure fun!

Ran is an exceptional GM who truly involves every player in her roleplaying-heavy one-shots. As a new player, I found her ability to give each of us agency to impact the world incredibly enriching. She skillfully wove our character backgrounds into loud encounters and quiet moments, making the story feel uniquely ours. Her constant referencing and expert incorporation of player-provided world descriptions further enhanced this immersive experience. Ran also has a fantastic sense of humor, balancing intense dramatic moments with lighter touches that always respected the narrative. I highly recommend joining one of her games!

Ben's DM style is incredibly fun and engaging! He is also very gracious and patient for newcomers to DnD. It's in the small details of his world building that you can clearly see how much Ben loves what he does. Our party ran into a lot of fun horror movie Easter eggs in his Halloween-themed one shot that really immersed us in the world. He also gave us plenty of space and creative freedom to cinematically describe our actions, making us feel heroic. I'd definitely join another one of Ben's sessions!

DM Darque crafted a really fun story that allowed all of our characters to shine through and address the storyline in our own way! This was my second ever D&D session and it felt very inclusive and engaging. I also really like the episodic format she uses to keep players coming back for more without the need for full long-term commitment. It's the perfect way for me, as a new player, to interact with the game mechanics and learn. Will definitely join another one shot with DM Darque very soon!
