Maddie is a great teacher, and I'm really glad I signed up for Fall Festivus, her one-shot intro to D&D mechanics. I'd never played a TTRPG before and went in feeling a bit intimidated, but Maddie's immediate warmth and clear guidance and obvious love for the game made for such a good experience. I left feeling empowered to play again in the future. Highly recommend!
