Saying that CJ has ruined playing with other GM’s would be an understatement. He goes the extra mile for his players in every way. CJ understands the intangible's that make it more than a game and transforms your session into an experience. All decent GM’s use background music and set the atmosphere, most of them create a voice and personality for NPC’s, CJ of course does that, but more importantly he takes the time to understand his players and their characters. When you enter one of his games you’re signing up for a customized and crafted experience that is simply unparalleled. When I started playing with CJ I was brand new to pathfinder. He walked me through creating my character, explained the rules and the system perfectly and was infinitely patient. Now that I have a fair amount of experience he still finds ways to help me improve my characters and bring my play up to the next level. Regardless of your skill level or experience CJ is amazing with players and parties of all levels. I’ve played multiple campaigns with CJ. Regardless of if your campaign is horror orientated or lighthearted he crafts the story expertly. He will take the time to speak to you and your party and understand what you’re looking for. He respects his players and their wishes and limits whatever they are. Simply put I cannot recommend him more. Your only regret about using him is that you’ll have a hard time settling for anything less after.
