He is fairly well organized (considering all the detail Harn brings to the table, a few things here and there to go look up). The story lines are interesting and appropriate for the genre. There is plenty of opportunity for us to push our own character's agenda in a world that is very rich in material to bounce against. As it should be in Harn.
