I've been playing with Chase for almost three months now. He's a great GM who posts very consistently and frequently (multiple times per day) and adjusts to each player's preferred pacing. Combat is resolved quickly with multiple rounds per day, rather than fights dragging on for a week. He's created an intriguing homebrew world (with images for the most important NPCs) that is shaped by the players' actions (apple fritters for the win!). He strikes a great balance between combat encounters and roleplay opportunities. He also provided me with the first link to a resource that actually made me understand Avrae!

I've been playing in one of Slosh's PbP games for over three months now, and his consistency is remarkable. He posts multiple times throughout the day, making his server one of the most active RP environments I've been part of. What truly stands out is the effort Slosh puts into every aspect of the game. Combat encounters are carefully handcrafted (even when PCs of different levels join the same quest) and his roleplay is incredibly detailed, filled with a diverse cast of NPCs (complete with their own artwork!) that we've grown to love (or hate!). Slosh has a clear vision for where the narrative is heading - or at least he's making us believe he does. He weaves plotlines that feel both epic in scope and deeply personal to each character. On the technical side, he's highly proficient with Avrae and has created an impressively organized Discord server. If you're looking for a DM who is responsive, puts genuine thought into both combat and roleplay, and tells compelling stories, I highly recommend playing a game with Slosh.
