I play in a Twilight 2000 game that Father runs and am really enjoying the game, he does a great job of blending the roleplaying in the down time between missions, and yet keeping the missions fun and interesting, and doesn't force the players down a certain path, allowing for the players to approach the missions from their perspective and going with the flow, even if it wasn't how he thought it was going to go.
