The first adventure I ever played, both with him as a DM and regarding RPGs in general was "The Dragon of Icespire Peak", which was a great way to get into the world of tabletop RPGs. Not only because the setup and story were very easy to follow and a great way to get used to D&D's mechanics, but also because Gabriel has a lot of patience to teach beginners (and even not so beginners - like me on our most recent adventures lol). Overall a great experience and an amazing way to get introduced to the hobby.
